Spring Scholarship Raffle

Spring Raffle chairman Sam Hagedon (left) of the Kiwanis Club of Hatteras Island presents a check in the amount of $1500 to Bob Midgette, winner of the Grand Prize for the 2001 Spring Raffle.  The raffle is held annually by the Kiwanis Club to provide scholarships for students graduating from Cape Hatteras School.

Todd Merris, (right) president of the Kiwanis Club of Hatteras Island presents a check to Tracy Bigley (left) from Buxton, winner of the $500 and Cathy Cross from Avon, winner of $100 in the club’s 2002 Spring Raffle.  The raffle is held by the Kiwanis Club of Hatteras to provide scholarships for students graduating from Cape Hatteras School.
